Description: As a Marketing Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of the restaurant. You will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relations, and creating engaging content for various marketing channels to promote our brand and attract guests. Assist in Campaigns: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to address inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, by creating engaging content, posting updates, and responding to comments and messages. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, to promote our restaurant and its offerings. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and identify areas for improvement. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and promotions to drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases. Requirements: Minimum 2 years in marketing or branding role. Preferably has driver’s license – but not required Data handling Passion for market related trends (Food & Beverage Industry) Knowledge of editing suit such as Canva or similar Assist in campaigns; strategy and roll out Branding and marketing knowledge Managing customer relations Social Media Management Desired Qualities: Creative Energetic Planning and coordination
