Our client in the financial space is seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team. Client will not look at candidates from an Agency space. We need to look at Marketing candidates who have worked internally for a client. (Internal Communications) As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans. The role will include, but not limited to: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria. Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets. Drive go-to market efforts of tailored products Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns. Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness. Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively. Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly. Events creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party hosted gatherings Internal communications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing. Ability to research and understand context – to inform strategy CTC of R20 000 to R25 000
