Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This includes detailed analysis of the campaigns as well. Both in Afrikaans and English
- Support the development of content and marketing materials.
- Help maintain and update the companys website and social media profiles.
- Engage with our followers and cultivate a positive community vibe
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify trends and insights.
- Assist the organisation and promotion of events, both online and offline.
- Draft and edit communications materials, including blog posts, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and other activities.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- A marketing graduate qualification.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- In-the-know about social media trends.
- Team player who can also work independently and think creatively.
- Eager to learn and adapt to various situations.
- Excellent at engaging with online communities and can empathise with customers.
- A good sense of humour and top-notch coffee-making skills!
- Previous creative field experience. (a plus)
- Hands-on experience in diverse marketing disciplines.
