JOB DESCRIPTION ● Proofreading all marketing material ● Maintenance of schedules, deadlines and appointments. ● Assisting in the management and update of the websites ● Updating and maintaining the company profiles ● Coordinating marketing materials and information for projects ● Assisting in keeping product details updated from suppliers on paper and electronically ● Assisting with development of product/company catalogues ● Maintaining the marketing library by controlling and replenishing inventory ● Strong social media management skills (including campaigns) – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog etc. ● Finding advertorial and editorial opportunities. ● Budget management: sticking to the marketing budget. ● Liaise with designer to ensure quality of work, work delivered on time and to budget. ● Event set up and clear up. ● Ensure timeous payment to suppliers. ● Keeping marketing files up to date JOB REQUIREMENTS ● Tasks will also include research into building specifications for different client demographics and areas. ● Experience within the property industry is therefore essential. ● The Individual must be able to do research as to what works in the different markets and create “mood boards” for the different development’s building specification choice ● Marketing related qualification The post Marketing Coordinator appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
