My client based in Centurion is looking for an Marketing Coordinator to effectively plan and execute on marketing events and also support the marketing strategy through varies activities aimed at increased revenue and improved brand awareness and market share. ●Annual event review and selection in collaboration with the Marketing Manager ●All administration related to booking of events, booth furniture, equipment, branding, insurances, travel and accommodation, etc ●Planning and procuring promotional products in collaboration with the Marketing Manager ●Keeping record of demonstration units ●Executing on communication strategies prior, during and after events, including social media posts, videos, etc ●Pre-event preparations, packing of exhibition crates and overseeing successful delivery to the event location ●Coordinating on event strategy, goals and reporting on results ●Support the Marketing Manager in execution of the marketing strategy ●Execute on communication strategies aimed at CMR leads and customer in collaboration with the Marketing Manager ●Follow up with external service providers for delivery of orders; services, content, copy or collateral ●Execute on delegated projects relating to the overall marketing strategy ●Execute on required customer and distributor notifications in terms of changes to hardware, firmware, or features ●Support the planning and execution of product launch strategies ●Execute on customer notifications relating to product or accessory launches as well as End of life notifications ●Support internal marketing to embed the company culture, values, and vision ●Compliance with the Quality Management System ●Compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental policies. ●Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field ●Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing ●Minimum 3 years' experience in events planning ●Global experience an advantage ●Competitive Base Salary Performance Bonus
