The ideal candidate should have a flexible attitude, the ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the work of the marketing team on projects directed at brand awareness, maximizing company profits, and developing communication, sales, and marketing strategies within the retail market. Minimum Requirements: Matric Marketing or Public Relations qualification MS Office proficient Own vehicle and a valid driver's license 5 years experience in marketing, communication, or branding Strong administrative, communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Understanding Canva and Survey Monkey or similar tools advantageous Duties: Research, formulate, and provide cost comparisons for internal staff campaigns. Manage event logistics, including liaising with organizers, stand layout and design, marketing materials, and VR game setup for exhibitions and meetings. Arrange logistics for client/prospect photo shoots and video testimonials. Assist with copywriting for various marketing materials, including mailers, leaflets, brochures, memes, social media posts, and staff communications. Create memes and GIFs for campaigns targeting staff, clients, and prospects. Manage push notifications via the client's app. Compile PowerPoint slideshows for monthly marketing reports. Oversee social media community management on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. Manage client and prospect birthday mailers through the CRM tool. Potentially handle renewal communications for subsidiaries via the CRM tool. Assist with new staff onboarding, including preparing welcome mailers, providing branded items, and ensuring access to necessary tools. Compile and monitor surveys for staff, clients, and prospects using Survey Monkey, updating them for ongoing campaigns. Manage banner stock and promotional items, and liaise with printing companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Implement monthly email signatures, website pop-ups, and general content updates on the website. Assist with marketing campaign reporting and monitoring.
