Position Overview: As the Marketing Coordinator & Design, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling marketing materials, orchestrating memorable events, and driving impactful marketing strategies. If you have a passion for creativity, organization, and strategic thinking, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Copywriting: Create visually captivating marketing materials utilizing graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, and digital content. Events Management & Planning: Take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing both internal and external company events. Develop innovative event concepts and themes aligned with the company's vision. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics. Travel to off-site venues as needed to oversee event setup and execution. Project Management: Establish clear timelines and priorities for all projects and events. Facilitate effective communication with team members to ensure alignment and collaboration. Manage operational and administrative tasks associated with marketing initiatives. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote the company's products. Produce marketing materials showcasing product features and benefits. Collaborate with the commercial team to plan and execute farmers' days. Social Media Management: Lead the management of the company's presence on social media platforms. Generate engaging content and interact with followers to enhance brand awareness. Data Analysis: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in graphic design, copywriting, event management, and marketing strategy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
