Responsibilities:

Lead a creative team to strategically drive brand awareness and growth.
Manage all marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, print advertising, and radio campaigns.
Develop strategies and tactics to boost the companys reputation and drive qualified traffic.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
Build and manage Google Adwords campaigns and measure their success using Google Analytics.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against annual goals set by the CEO.
Oversee and approve marketing material online and in stores.
Collaborate with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories.
