We are looking for an experienced, motivated Marketer to manage our deals and events. This position will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of business goals, effective people coordination, and raising our bar for Events and deals quality. Key job responsibilities • Support the growth of existing deal events and identify improvement levers. • Improvement of existing processes and initiation of new tools/processes to drive automation for our events and offerings. • Ongoing deal selection quality checks and identification of optimization potential for our customers across teams • Coordination of all departments and stakeholders teams that take part in the event creation process • Coordination and further development of existing tracking and reporting tools and training across teams. • Ongoing performance analysis of current and past deal events, driving action plans and driving these to make it happen at senior management level. • Manage the end to end coordination and execution of deal events We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Cape Town, ZAF
