MARKETING MANAGER Company Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an experienced and Dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. Purpose of Role: The Marketing Manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategies for the company by means of three pillars create below: Events and Public Relations Portfolio Media Portfolio (Above and below the line) Digital Portfolio Key Objectives: Manage all marketing related matters for Company Dynamics and activities within the marketing department Developing the marketing strategy for the company’s marketing budget Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities Creation, submission and management of company’s marketing budget Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, exhibitions and shows Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results Overall responsibility for brand awareness by partnering with respective band managers as well as managing the corporate identity. Preparing online and print marketing campaigns Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications Creating a wide range of different marketing materials Working closely with internal marketing team as well as leveraging relationships with external design/publishing agencies and assisting with new product launche Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing Control and liaise all specials from all brand managers as well as the CEO Ensure that all brand managers have specials and are circulating them All functions pertaining to promotional campaigns, exhibitions and shows from start to end Provide a details spreadsheet of all proposed and planned specials for the year as and when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. At least two years' experience as a marketing manager. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. analytical and problem-solving skills.
