The ideal candidate should have demonstrable competency in the communications and marketing fields, hold an appropriate professional qualification, have an excellent command of the English language, have an ability to work on all social media platforms, be able to advance the school's marketing and communications strategy through a sophisticated knowledge of technological opportunities and innovations, be committed and able to work under pressure, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies using key metrics and KPIs. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and creative initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure marketing efforts support broader company objectives. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Experience with budget management and financial planning. Leadership and team management abilities.
