Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics for campaign effectiveness and ROI. Admin Responsibilities Compile and prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and budgets for decision-making. Manage design work and implementation. Maintain an efficient reporting and statistic system. Prepare monthly reports for General Manager presentation. Measure key performance indicators. Required Knowledge & Skills Graphic design proficiency and advanced computer skills. Familiarity with various social media platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing research. Knowledge of PR, design, and marketing industry practices. Advanced skills in design programs and relevant software. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Proven senior marketing management experience, preferably in hospitality. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
