As the Marketing Manager in our B2B software company, you will lead and execute the overall marketing strategy executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand recognition. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, brand management, product marketing, and customer engagement while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing our marketing efforts to reach our target audience in multiple geographies effectively. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness and revenue growth in the B2B software market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets. Define and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals. Collaborate with the sales and product team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process and drive revenue growth. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance, foster collaboration, and promote professional development. Collaborate closely with the business development teams to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies, align messaging, and support revenue generation efforts. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns, to engage with prospects and customers effectively. Obtain market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Drive brand awareness and positioning through effective brand management, messaging, and storytelling, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Oversee aspects of demand generation, including lead generation and pipeline acceleration, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics. Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking, to increase leads. Coordinate with product management and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product roadmap priorities. Lead product marketing initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies, to drive the adoption and success of our software solutions. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools, and optimize strategies based on insights. Manage the company's online presence, including website optimization, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in B2B software marketing, and drive innovation and thought leadership within the organization. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation. Proven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial analysis, with a focus on driving ROI and maximizing marketing investments. Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in the software industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, collaborate effectively with sales, product, and other teams, and drive alignment towards common goals. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
