Identify and seize upselling opportunities by promoting additional products, services, or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction. Generate quality leads to ensure conversion ratios are achieved. Retain customers upon cancellation request. Meet or exceed upselling targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Completed degree/ diploma in Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communications/ Media Studies or Equivalent Must have 0 year work experience Full training will be provided for this role Proficiency in English, including conversational, reading and comprehension skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resilience to handle customer rejection Note: This opportunity is open to candidates without prior work experience.
