Marketing Specialist - - Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities and Duties includes but not limited to:

Build a highly effective Marketing function.
Create and develop MBA Incs brand vision and purpose in line with MBA Incs Vision, Mission, and Core Values using various communications tools and corporate assets.
Develop and implement Marketing strategies that delivers on MBAs brand vision and purpose.
Develop and execute the Marketing plans.
Develop and/or maintain MBA Incs Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines.
Serve as a spokesperson for MBA Inc through the various platforms.
Seek and introduce innovative technology and creative ways that will enhance the function and better position the firm.
Manage and optimise the firms webpage and social media pages.
Edit and curate newsletters, content, and other media related documents.
Schedule, organise, coordinate, and manage events aimed and promoting MBA Incs brand in support of the Sales and Business Development function.
Manage all social media platforms to enhance MBA Inc social media presence.
Ensure that key external and internal announcements, campaigns, and initiatives are communicated across all relevant channels in a timely, creative, and effective manner.
Track, influence, and monitor media coverage relating to the company brand on various social media platforms.
Manage service providers and agencies.
Develop internal brand ambassadors.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar relevant field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a Marketing related position.
Experience with marketing strategies for small to medium sized businesses.
Solid understanding of digital marketing through social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Knowledge of and experience in using Marketing tools to enhance and expedite delivery marketing data analytics (Meltwater), content creation, CRM, project management, website design, social media management, SEO and SEM, email marketing & design.
Knowledge of and experienced in design.
Experience in managing budgets and delivering on tight timelines.
Experienced in developing business campaigns.
Experienced in brand and content marketing strategies.
Experience with events development and management would be advantageous.
Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing.
Strong presentation skills.
Strategy formulation skills.
Project management skills.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom).
