Understanding the customers needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping the Sales team close sales deals while ensuring a great customer experience. Telesales: Calling current clients and cold calling potential clients Administration: includes but not limited to, client quotes, Sales orders, Invoicing, filing and general data capturing - Dealing with customer queries. - Assisting walk in clients. - Routing of local deliveries. - Any other ad-hoc duties as required QUALIFICATIONS Matric EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year administrative and sales experience Any other work-related experience will be advantageous Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / Microsoft Teams) Excellent communication skills Strong Administration skills Must be confident to phone clients.
