The purpose of the Master Baker role is to lead baking operations, utilizing technical expertise and creativity to ensure high-quality products. Responsibilities include developing recipes, staying updated on industry trends, managing projects, controlling product costs, and training staff. Minimum Requirements Matric Baking qualification/certification minimum 5 years experinece in commercial and small scale baking. Duties and Responsibilities Proven techincal baking expertise Knowledge of commercial small scale baking equipment and processess Baking and product development Awareness of current baking and patisserie trends Understanding of the restaurant industry Campaign development and strategy Project Management Product costing Recipe development and training Desired Qualities Passion for Baking and patisserie Creative and on trend Self Motivated and Organised Apply Now
