Our client, an established and very busy dealership in Gauteng is seeking to employ an experienced MASTER FORD MOTOR MECHANIC (Certified by FORD SA) that is self-motivated, friendly, and hardworking. The technician must be able to work independently. Position: Master Ford Motor Mechanic Industry: Automotive Location: Gauteng Salary: Market Related MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid South African Driver's License. Senior Certificate. Merseta Trade Test Certificate. Dealership experience essential. MASTER FORD OR MAZDA CERTIFICATION. Ford Stars ID. Training Schedule. Fully stocked toolbox. SKILLS: Excellent communication skills. Able to take instructions and complete tasks. Work Independently. Take initiative without overstepping boundaries. Experience: In a Ford or Mazda Dealership min of 5 years. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform various tasks such as: Minor and Major Services. Engine Remove and replace. Engine Strip & Assemble. Gearbox Remove & Replace. Braking Systems. Steering. Suspension. Differentials. Electrical Diagnostics. Mechanical Diagnostics. Master Technician duties many vary depending on in coming wok to be done.
