Key Responsibilities:

MDU Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement strategic plans for MDU maintenance and optimization.
Rule and Model Development: Create and manage rules and models for identifying optimal contact information and outreach times.
Data Enrichment and Analysis: Oversee data enrichment efforts and analyse data to provide actionable insights for improving contractability and recovery rates.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with back-end teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data management technologies and methodologies, continuously enhancing the MDU.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in data analysis, data management, or similar roles; advanced analytics experience; proficiency in SQL and database management.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience with data modelling and data warehousing, knowledge of data quality and governance best practices, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
