Published February 27, 2024 Location Worcester, South Africa Category Business Job Type Full-time Salary Type Monthly Salary Salary R38,000 - R40,000 CTC Per Month Description The right candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all New Holland equipment as well as other Agricultural Equipment together with the diagnoses, identification and rectification of mechanical problems on a wide range of equipment. Qualifications Red Seal, Trade Tested Diesel/Tractor Mechanic Experience Must at least have 2 to 3 years’ experience as a tractor mechanic and Braud harvester experience will strengthen the application. Own Transport & Valid Driver’s license Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose machinery and equipment Dismantle, fit and assemble parts and components for a variety of machinery Repair of equipment under warrantee and Pre-Delivery Inspection Services (PDI) Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations Provide critical customer feedback to management Deliver Quality work to clients Organise own work Report functional information (Timesheet/Job card) Upkeep of Apprentice Artisan logbook Apply practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods Maintained workshop hygiene, housekeeping and safety practices Achieved individual and team goals Supervise the development plan of the team Improve personal effectiveness Initiate continuous improvement (Innovation)
