Mechanical Design Engineer - Boksburg
Our client in the design and manufacturing of processing equipment situated in the Johannesburg area is urgently seeking to appoint the services of a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer.
Duties & Responsibilities.
Design OEM equipment from 1st principles.
CAD design & drawings for in-house manufacturing.
O&M manuals and on-site commissioning of equipment.
Optimize equipment design using FEA and evaluation reports.
Solve other under-defined and complex engineering problems
Comply with ECSA competency requirements necessary for Pr. Eng. registration within 3 years.
Minimum Requirements.
BSc/BEng. Mechanical Engineering. Expereince in design analysis will be an advantage.
Very strong calculating ability. Self-driven and sharp mathematically. High proficiency with MS Excel.
