Reference: NES017996-RS-1We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of armored vehicles The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing and improving armored vehicle systems for military or security applications.Responsibilities: Design and optimize mechanical components and systems for armored vehicles, including chassis, suspension, armor, and weapon mounts. Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models. Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure performance, reliability, and safety of vehicle designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to meet project goals and timelines. Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in armored vehicle design. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in the defense or automotive industry. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA. Knowledge of structural analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and simulation tools. Familiarity with military specifications and standards for armored vehicles is a plus.
