Reference: NES018391-CM-1 We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with specialized experience in vehicle design to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing various mechanical systems and components for our next-generation vehicles. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing to develop innovative vehicle concepts and solutions. Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings of vehicle components and systems. Conduct engineering analysis and simulations to validate design concepts and ensure performance, durability, and safety requirements are met. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to select appropriate materials and components for vehicle integration. Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities, and iterate designs based on test results and feedback. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (3 Years) in mechanical design with a focus on vehicle systems and components. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and other engineering tools for design and analysis. Strong understanding of automotive engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
