Driving Team Performance: - Lead process development and mechanical design initiatives. - Propel focused, continuous improvement within the team. - Review and rectify expense reports and performance deviations. Effective Project and Team Management: - Engage regularly with Production and key stakeholders. - Oversee resource allocation and project management to ensure smooth execution. Quality Assurance: - Monitor reliability issues and implement corrective actions. - Deliver projects to the highest standards with a commitment to excellence. Systematic Administration: - Communicate effectively through well-prepared written documents. - Develop comprehensive Capital Expenditure requests, detailing financial costs and benefits for projects.
