Position Overview: they are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience, with the goal of developing the skills necessary to eventually oversee the entire plant operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. - Work closely with senior engineers to understand plant operations and processes. - Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance. - Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions. - Participate in project planning, management, and execution. - Learn and apply safety standards and regulations relevant to plant operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant efficiency and productivity. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports on plant activities and equipment performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
