Spearhead departmental operations, ensuring seamless coordination and top-notch quality. Act as a problem-solver, mediator, and mentor within the team. Oversee compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Champion the development and implementation of cutting-edge project strategies. Provide hands-on leadership, from design and estimation to on-site execution and customer liaison. A diploma in Mechanical Design Engineering or equivalent. Supervisory prowess backed by at least 5 years of experience. Adept at managing a team of 20 with a track record of success. Proficiency in CAD software like Inventor and Lantek. A valid driver's license and the ability to manage complex schedules. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Negotiable CTC based on experience and qualifications
