Mechanical Supervisor: - Northern Suburbs -Cape Town (Industry Engineering )

Requirements:

Must have Matric,
Able to read and write in English and Afrikaans,
Computer literacy, Excel, Word and Outlook, MS Projects
Drivers licence
At least 3 years experience as supervisor
Good communication skills
Must be able to manage people
Mechanical minded and have experience to manage a team of welders and boilermakers, especially in fabrication of pipe work for the Petrochem Industry
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Quality control of carbon steel pipe work during fabrication for fuel lines
Project cost control
Manage a project plan against strict time lines

Description:

Successful candidate must be able to do proper planning of projects and control the project with day to day planning
Be able to have people skills and manage people and clients
Be able to complete safety files
Complete and send daily reports
Be able to think out of the box
Be able to have crises management
Be able to manage the workforce
Be able to manage the vehicles
Be able to have stock control and cost control/savings without compromising the quality of work
