Medical Aid Customer Service Agent - North Johannesburg

An established financial services company is looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent with knowledge of the medical aid environment. Attend to a high volume of incoming calls in a busy call centre Verify customer information and explain processes to callers Identify customer problems, research and resolve queries Provide up to date product information to customers Forward electronic brochures and information as requested Follow up calls to ensure queries are resolved and provide additional information Record all calls on the system, update information and customer details Identify query trends and report these to management Matric RE 5 qualification and customer service qualification required Tertiary qualification an advantage Minimum 1 year call centre experience Excellent English, verbal and written Computer literate with good typing skills Accurate worker, adaptable and able to work under pressure Innovative, out-going and enthusiastic ±R13 000 CTC, Medical Insurance, Provident Fund Matric RE 5 qualification and customer service qualification required Tertiary qualification an advantage Minimum 1 year call centre experience Excellent English, verbal and written Computer literate with good typing skills Accurate worker, adaptable and able to work under pressure Innovative, out-going and enthusiastic Apply Now
