With our 24/7 service, as a Medical Consultant, you'll play a vital role in guaranteeing round-the-clock coverage for urgent matters, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care no matter the hour. Key Outputs Assist in recruiting locum staff Schedule staff placements at client facilities Record bookings accurately on client platforms and internal CRM Ensure booked staff attend as scheduled Manage post-booking changes and gather staff feedback Confirm staff competence and compliance Coordinate additional training for staff if needed Regularly contact client facilities for their staffing needs Develop and maintain client relationship to ensure quality services Handle incidents and complaints Stay updated on operational changes Generate leads for new business Support training and guidance for personnel Consult with Clinical Facilitators to stay informed about industry standards Document interactions on the CRM system Report any errors or issues Submit staff details to Payroll promptly Address staff payroll queries Facilitate communication between staff and internal departments Manage resources for optimal efficiency Maintain confidentiality Perform ad hoc duties as required Responsible for business growth by expanding current client base Prospecting and lead generation for new business Managing accounts by engaging and servicing existing client portfolios Building relationships by understanding the client needs Responsible for scheduling staff shifts to optimise staffing levels Accurate data recording and capturing Required Skills Matric 2 - 3 years' experience in staff placement / person-to-person sales (nursing or similar industry preferred) Computer literacy (MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in multiple software packages and systems Strong interpersonal communication skills Organisation and administration Problem solving and decision-making Competitor awareness Sales/Target driven Additional requirements Bilingual in English and Afrikaans / isiXhosa Open to working in a target driven environment Reliable transport Apply by submitting your updated CV for consideration.
