REQUIREMENTS:- Min 8 -10 years working experience
- Computer Literate
- Experience working in a busy Administration and Reception role
- Excellent communication skills, English and Afrikaans
- Experience working on a Medical software / system advantageous
DUTIES:- Answering incoming calls for the practice
- Managing the appointment diary
- Setting up appointments for Patients
- Managing the Doctors diary and scheduling of meetings
- General administration duties
- Assisting patients with settlement and payment of their accounts
- Handling petty cash
- Contacting Medical Aids for requirements on behalf of patients
- Attending immediately to the Doctors urgent requests & requirements
- Phoning patients and hospitals for various booking requirements
- Typing of correspondence
- Working as part of a team with the other staff in a busy practice
- Dealing with enquiries from patients and problem solving when needed
- All ad-hoc duties pertaining to the administration running of the practice
