Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL Role Purpose The Meeting, Events & Food Services (MEFS) Manager role is primarily intended to ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of food services & meeting/events across various regions/sites. The MEFS Manager will have specific responsibility for the management of certain vendor relationships services across the area(s) and responsibility for ensuring that the IFM team is consistent in quality, delivery, solutions and all arrangements around meetings and events and food services provision. To achieve this, the MEFS Manager will work very closely with the EMEA Program Team and onsite delivery teams. The MEFS Manager is expected to seek and identify best practice from across the wider JLL and the Food services industry in order to grow and develop service delivery with the areas of responsibility. What this job involves Overall responsibility for key vendor relationships: Management of the vendor relationship for employee catering services. Service provision includes: Employee Dining Barista Coffee Shop Vendor Pop ups Hospitality for Events (including external catering providers) Management of other vendor relationships such as: Coffee machine services Vending machine services Fruit/Milk (and other free issue items) vendor management Various ancillary services under the scope of the contracts, including for example deep cleaning, which may change from time to time Oversee the management of the in-house service meetings & events. Service provision includes: Room Bookings Hospitality ordering Room Set-ups Working closely with key groups and vendors, such as cleaning, security and AV (as above) The MEFS Manager is responsible for ensuring that vendors are managed in line with the IFM vendor management process, and in accordance with contracts, measurable KPIs and SLAs. In all instances, the MEFS Manager is responsible for working closely with the onsite delivery teams to ensure that: Full compliance to EHS regulations is continuously achieved Services are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio of sites New sites are seamlessly mobilised, working closely with the Sourcing Manager Vendor is managed in line with the IFM vendor management process Vendor is managed strictly in line with both IFM and client contract, and associated agreed SLAs and KPIs Reporting flows through from the vendors to the IFM team in accordance with IFM and client requirements Budgets and all financial requirements flow through from the vendors to the IFM team in accordance with IFM and client requirements Key relationships are built with Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, Soft/Hard Services Managers and EMEA Program Team in order to ensure delivery goals are met Build a strong relationship with the onsite client Support on RFP's related to the MEF role Create and maintain SOPs and SOWs for the catering division Conduct audits (as above) quarterly across all catering areas The Meeting, Events & Food Services Manager role will also be expected to ensure the consistency and quality of all other GREF (Global Real Estate & Facilities) mandated Hospitality services offered within the regions. For example: Services/products offered in tea points Provision of standard products in meeting rooms Key Performance Indicators SLA & KPI tracking systems (PPM and Critical PPM compliance measurement) Response time to Service Requests within the Client's severity requirements Compliance with local Health and Safety regulations Customer Satisfaction Pursue continuous improvement Ability to work in collaborative team environment Vendor/contract management Excellent verbal & written communication High level of IT literacy Strong communication skills Practical experience in food services contract delivery Demonstrates a good working knowledge of soft services Ideally 6 years exposure in Food or hospitality role within a large commercial organization. Experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/ contractor management Experience of managing conferencing services essential Experience of working with quality, environmental and EHS management systems essential Quality, EHS and environmental related accreditations desirable HCIMA Membership desirable Facilities Management industry recognised related qualifications desirable Educated to degree level or equivalent What you can expect from us You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
