Membership Administrator - Pretoria

  • To capture all new applications and amendments to member records accurately and timeously.
  • To print membership cards for new and amended members.
  • To prepare and print all new member welcome letters and ensure that they are posted timeously.
  • To monitor ages of dependants and communicate with members to inform them of changes to membership timeously. As needed
  • To order stationary and materials timeously to ensure no delay in printing cards and letters.
  • To handle ad-hoc queries from members/ HR and to assist with queries.
  • To perform general administration duties in line with policies and procedures.
  • To identify and report any ideas for improvements on the system / in processess.
