Membership Sales Representative ( Fixed-term Contract) - Durban
Responsibilities
To focus on the walk-in and SME business members, specifically to attracting, retaining and returning members.
To act as the membership benefits point of contact and champion.
To drive sales, specifically mid-tier to SME and informal sector markets.
To provide an after sales service, including client management and liaison.
To identify strategic member benefits that align with membership needs across sectors.
Attend business forum meetings and liaise with the Policy and Advocacy department in this regard.
Utilize sales and marketing systems to comply with internal and external standards, including data protection and compliance.
Ensure member benefit services are kept up to date with regards to the MOU, process flow and contacts.
Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12, higher education qualification, sales and customer service experience.
Proven experience in sales and meeting sales targets
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to present and close sales deals
Ability to liaise with external stakeholders
Computer literacy
Valid drivers license and reliable motor vehicle.
Ability to submit detailed sales reports
An understanding of our current CRM system
