Menlo Park, Pretoria: ESTATES ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB completed and admitted as an Attorney a must

-Experience in Deceased Estates a must

-Valid drivers license and own vehicle

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Attending to Deceased Estates (full function)

-General attorney duties (travelling to Masters Office, client liaison etc.)

-Compiling of legal documents, notices and pleadings

Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 18 000.00 gross maximum
