As a Microsoft Server Administrator, you will play a critical role maintaining Windows server infrastructure. Your skillset will ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of the server environment. Key Competencies: Knowledge: Microsoft Server: Practical Windows Server knowledge is essential. Candidates with MSCE (Legacy Advantage) or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification will have an advantage. Networking: Basic networking skills are required. Endpoint Management: Familiarity with SCCM and Endpoint Central is an advantage. Skills: Practical Windows Server Knowledge Basic Networking Skills Behavioural Attributes: Task-Oriented: Focused on completing tasks efficiently and effectively. Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve issues independently. Teamwork / Cooperation: Ability to work collaboratively within a team Responsibilities: Windows Server Infrastructure Implement and support Windows server infrastructure components, including: Active Directory DNS Certificate Services AD FS (Active Directory Federation Services) Install and configure Windows servers, Troubleshoot Windows Servers issues. Security and Compliance: Adhere to a planned program for virus updates, patch management, and service packs. Maintain established company security standards. Be an owner of the AD (Active Directory). Virtualization and Hardware: Support the Windows Server and Virtualization Infrastructure. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with team members, management and network team.
