We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics D365 Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, and possess strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing effective solutions for our clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality solutions within the specified domain. Collaborate with client to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Design and architect end-to-end solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives. Develop customizations, configurations, workflows, and plug-ins in Dynamics 365 to meet client needs and enhance system functionality. Perform data migration from legacy CRM implementations to Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including estimation of design/development work and creation of technical standards and documentation. Conduct research on alternative technologies, tools, and techniques to solve business problems and optimize application solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices within the team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5 or more years of experience working with C# and the .NET Framework. Strong web development experience with JavaScript and web services. 2 or more years of experience developing solutions in Dynamics 365, including configuration, workflow, and plug-in development. Experience with Power BI or SSRS is a plus. Knowledge of OData and FetchXML is preferred. Solid understanding of the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) as it pertains to business application development projects. Experience estimating application design/development work and creating technical standards and documentation. Dynamics 365 certification in Design and Development (Dev) is required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to different audiences.
