Who are we looking for: A Mid-Level Marketing Specialist (A Marketing Generalist who is the Right-Hand to
Head of Marketing) with a strong grasp of social media strategies, exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.
What will you do:
Social Media Coordination and Calendar Planning:
- Compile and manage social media content calendars for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, Infield Communications, Product Marketing and Sales to ensure all campaigns and relevant content are included and scheduled
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure organic and paid content is scheduled and published on time
- Monitor competitor social media pages and trends
- Engage in community management by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner
- Coordinate the production of video content, manage the production schedule, source potential speakers and set up interviews
- Assist with content, script and social content writing for all channels and video production

What will you need:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on social media strategies and content
creation. Experience in the Direct Selling and Multi-Level Marketing industry is a plus - Skills: Strong project management, copywriting and communication skills. Proficiency in social media
platforms and content management. Exceptional attention to detail in proofing and editing - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
