We are seeking a skilled Wheat Miller to join our client's team. As a Wheat Miller, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process wheat into flour efficiently and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the milling process. Operate milling machinery to process wheat into flour according to production schedules. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal milling efficiency. Conduct quality control checks on flour samples to maintain product consistency and quality. Perform routine maintenance on milling equipment to ensure operational readiness and minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Proven experience as a Wheat Miller or similar role in a flour mill. Knowledge of milling equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Understanding of wheat types and flour characteristics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. R400 000 CTC to R480 00 CTC per annum based on experience
