Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Replace faulty components as needed Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure optimal performance Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Maintain accurate maintenance records Requirements Proven experience as a Millwright Trade qualification as a Millwright Experience in the food manufacturing industry Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
