We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment within our facilities. This role requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role.
Trade certification or relevant education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
