As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and passionate Millwright to join their dynamic team and help them maintain their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. They are looking for a highly skilled Millwright who has expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. As an essential member of their maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our production lines and machinery, thereby supporting the efficiency and reliability of their manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment; understand and comply with workplace safety regulations. Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for unusual sounds, and conducting scheduled testing as necessary. Maintain and repair faulty equipment and machinery. Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. Read and interpret diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Work directly with other technicians and management to solve machine-related problems. Perform emergency repairs in a timely manner. Participate in continuous improvement and proactive maintenance programs. Document and maintain records of maintenance and repair work. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Millwright, ideally in the FMCG sector or a related industrial environment. Excellent knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to understand and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. A valid Millwright certification or equivalent (such as Red Seal endorsement). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills.
