Trade Test with at least 3 years experience in meat processing plant. Proven experience as a millwright in a meat processing or related industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
