Minimum requirements:

Trade Tested as a Millwright
Proven experience as a Millwright in the agricultural sector will be an advantage
Familiarity with agricultural processing equipment
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with equipment installation and maintenance
Experience with safety compliance
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
Provide regular reports on equipment performance and maintenance needs
Coordinate with various departments to optimize equipment performance and address maintenance needs
