Qualifications and Expertise • •Vocational or Technical training in a related field is preferred. • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a food or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • •Conduct routine inspections of production lines and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues. • •Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. • •Repair and replace defective parts and components as needed. • •Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on equipment, including motors, pumps, and conveyors. • •Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including identifying the root cause of problems and providing solutions. • •Document maintenance and repair activities in a computerized maintenance management system. • •Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Requirements • •Strong mechanical and electrical skills. • •Experience with computerized maintenance management systems. • •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • •Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. • •Able to work in a structured way under pressure. • •Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods. • •Valid driver's license.
