Electrical panel building, wiring, reading drawings and commissioning Fault finding ie sensors, drives, motors, PLC's and machines Maintenance and improvement of existing production equipment, presses and injection moulding machinery Mechanical and electrical maintenance, upgrading and commissioning of all equipment Root cause analysis Matric Qualified Millwright [Red Seal] Detailed pneumatic knowledge Detailed hydraulic knowledge Ultrasonic welding knowledge Sewing machine knowledge Fanuc Robotics knowledge Torque Driver knowledge Plastic Injection Moulding knowledge Metal Pressings knowledge Experience working on a Lathe Experience working on a Wire Cutter TPM knowledge [Total Productive Maintenance] Must be able to do welding Knowledge of MS Office [Word, Excel & Powerpoint] Must be able to do Root Cause Analysis Must be willing to work Night-Shift & Overtime ie Night-shift once every 5 weeks & stand-by once every 5 weeks Must have a good works record Automotive experience preferable R40K CTC
