As the Mineral Export Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe management of the entire export process for mineral goods, from inbound logistics to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of inventory control, supplier management, and regulatory compliance. Minimum Requirements: Own vehicle and valid driver's license 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the mineral export industry. Proven track record of managing warehouse and yard operations. Understanding of export regulations and procedures in the mineral business. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred. Willing to travel as and when the company requires it Familiar with the export process of mineral business. Duties: Organize and arrange for the inbound of goods, plan and manage the inbound, outbound, and transportation of goods. Ensure that the goods in the warehouse/yard are stored reasonably and safely. Ensure efficient management of goods in warehouses/yards by managing third-party warehouses/yards and operational processes. Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and coordinating cargo loading and unloading operations; Familiar with the shipping booking process, following up the timely loading of goods in the warehouse, delivering to the shipping line yard; or in the yard directly loading on the breakbulk vessel. Daily reports are generated and sent to all departments promptly, including inbound, outbound, and inventory daily reports; Organizing inventory checking regularly.
