Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team as a MINI Vehicle Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate MINI vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, performance, and customization options.
- Conduct test drives to showcase the driving experience and build rapport with customers.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing, and trade-in evaluation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on MINI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:- Previous experience in automotive sales, specifically MINI.
- Passion for automobiles, with a particular interest in the MINI brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
