Mining Regional Sales Manager (Fire Protection Systems) Centurion, Rneg Benefits Qualification in Sales and Sales Management Must have a technical or engineering background Technical qualifications, mechanical or electrical . (Trade Test) 5 years exp in Fire Protection industry in respect of the applicable codes, regulations and legislation. Client liaison Business development and sales in the Fire Protection industry, preferably in the Mining sector Practical experience in respect of Fire Protection project delivery and system operations in Mines Computer Literate & Microsoft Office suite of products Good language skills, both Afrikaans and English Intermediate numerical reasoning Financial costing and budgeting Understanding of technology Drivers License Willing and able to travel Existing network of clients and industry role players in the applicable region To develop the client base and to increase our sustainable revenue from the clients in the region in support of the Regional Strategy. Sales 40% Identify new potential customers as well as new market opportunities. Meet and exceed set revenue targets with a focus on profit and sustainable revenues. Developing and grow existing client accounts to increase revenue and profitability. Identify and grow the possible leads within the allocated region. Attend tender clarification meetings as and when required. Coordinate kick of meetings as and when required (Internal or External). Compile quotes for repairs as and when required (Internal or External). Coordinate and negotiate bonds and pre-payments as and when required. Provide training on various products and procedures for current clients. Attend any required marketing events and similar activity as and when required. Stakeholder Management 15% ? Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and other relevant parties to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is reached Develop and maintain account plans for each client based on client needs in a timely and effective matter. Network and establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel assigned to customer 30% ? Liaise with tender department to complete and submit tenders as and when required Liaise with relevant stakeholders to generate quotes (engineering, operations, project management, clients) Generate Bill of Quantity as and when required Contact suppliers on availability of stock and pricing as and when required Assist with late payments as and when required Request financial invoices for pre payments as and when required. Follow up on signed invoices and POD’s and ensure GRV/SES Forecasting and Reporting 5% ? Submit forecasting on a regular basis Incorporate and apply Think Sales principles within all day-to-day sales activities Apply Now
