We are currently recruiting for our IT Recruitment Agency, a Business Development Manager, this person will be required to identify, develop and bring in new business with regards to IT or Technical positions, both contract and permanent. Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT Business) Location: Centurion Job Summary: Duties & Responsibilities: Identification of potential new business opportunities through consultation and cooperation with operational management, planned prospecting, leads, cold calling, tender notices. Planning and delivering presentations purposed for introduction of our service offerings to potential clients . Communicating new product developments to existing clients, overseeing the development of marketing literature. Attending conferences and Industry events to keep abreast with the trends and information beneficial and aligned to the Company objectives. Prepare and submit sales proposals / tenders to prospective customers. Where necessary, prepare and conduct sales presentation. Maintaining and developing existing client base, bring clients back to contract introduce new products, and actively leading new sales within each region. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Desired Experience & Qualification: Grade 12, Sales or HR-related Qualification (University diploma/Degree qualification) Highly experienced with IT sales background, Atleast 3 years experience in Business Development management in a recruitment or consulting environment. Proven track record of Key Accounts management, IT Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, Market Research, Resource Management, Good understanding of Human resource management principles This role requires someone with tenacity; intuition; professional service at all times. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Strong experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager in a Recruitment agency or Consulting environment. Ability to create and draft proposals, contracts, presentations, relationship building with Company HR, Talent Acquisition, or Decision-makers and Company Exco to secure new business. Ability to work with management team to strategically identify & evaluate new markets and new clients. Proven track record of developing new businesses, identifying sales leads, pitching solutions and services to new clients and maintaining a good working relationship with new & current contacts. Strong reporting, good communication skills; good negotiation skills; positive attitude; and plenty of initiative Good business sense; and a deep understanding of marketing principles; Own vehicle and unendorsed valid driver’s license Clear criminal and Credit record To Apply: Click Here Apply Now
