We are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Motor Assessor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform desktop assessment, assessing the damage and determining the repair or replacement value of motor vehicles following accidents, collisions, or other incidents. You will play a crucial role in helping our policyholders get back on the road by providing accurate and impartial assessments of the damage to their vehicles. Responsibilities: Monitor and negotiate with suppliers in line with SLA Smart repair technology Repair VS Replace Normalise cost ratio Average repair cost Alternative parts utilisation: CAP , used and refurbish , knowledge of sourcing of these parts Paint Labour and parts ratio knowledge Difference in Quotation and FRC Abuntex Workload driven including admin Integrated repair negotiating Referral savvy Qualifications & Experience Completed Matric and one of the following: VDQ / Autobody Refinisher / Automotive Mechanic qualification. Abuntex user expert level (advantageous). Good knowledge of the repair processes and repair methods.
